Reunion Package
October 13 & 14, 2007

A weekend filled with activities and celebrations for
the Class of '57 from San Gabriel High School
with invitations to include the Class of '56.

The Arcadia Embassy Suites will have special room rates
for our group and the Atrium is a wonderful spot to
gather in the afternoon before the dinner.

Saturday, October 13th

at 11 am to 1 pm
Tour San Gabriel High School Campus
You know the way...
Gather at School, with Rich Mays, meet and greet old friends,
explore the campus and see how it has changed over 50 years.
Some may wish to collect together and visit an old haunt for lunch?

at 6 pm
Reception and Celebration Dinner at
The San Gabriel Country Club

Dressy casual, tie optional... (No denim or t-shirts)
Back to our childhood and our "old stomping grounds",
we will gather at The San Gabriel Country Club
for a wonder-filled evening!
There will be a no-host bar and reception where
we meet and greet one another and
enjoy the memorabilia on display.
Dinner will follow at 7 pm and will feature...

Salad....Tomato tart with caramelized onions and goat cheese,
bouquet of field greens with balsamic vinaigrette

Entrée...Roasted free range chicken breast
with wild mushroom risotto cake and Italian parsley sauce
and seasonal vegetables

Dessert...Chocolate crème brûlée
and
an evening to enjoy old friends!

Sunday, October 13th

at 9 am
Breakfast with Classmates in the Atrium of
The Arcadia Embassy Suites
211 East Huntington Drive . Arcadia
We will gather for a buffet breakfast in the Atrium
to continue conversations and find more familiar faces.
Breakfast is included in your room rate.
If you are not a guest of the Embassy Suites there will
be a charge of $10.50 to be paid when you eat.
E-mail to make your breakfast reservation
if you will not be staying at the Embassy Suites.
We will keep track of the reservations.

Revisiting Old Friends and the 1993
Picnic at Lacey Park
Virginia Road & Monterey Road . San Marino
In Area 6
The weekend will conclude with a final
Lacey Park Picnic Reunion.
Come casual and relax among your old friends,
enjoy a delicious lunch packed by Bristol Farms...more old-fashioned Cokes and a time for farewell...to a treasured golden anniversary!

$85 per person
A package room rate of $139 per suite is in place
at The Embassy Suites in Arcadia,
please make your reservations with them.
Your reservations must be made before September 15th
to receive the group rate.

There is a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $25
due at the time of your reservation and due before April 15th,
which will confirm your place for the weekend.
The deposit is a necessary fund from which the committee
will work towards creating the reunion.
We would like to receive early reservations and payments in full
when possible, which allow us to make deposits and plans
for how many guests to expect.

The remaining $60 is due by September 1st.
Reservations made after September 1st will be $95 per package.

Refund requests must be received no later than
Friday, September 28, 2007.
There is a $25 non-refundable deposit fee applied to all refunds.

After the first of the year
there will be a question and information sheet
to fill out for inclusion in the Memory Book.
